WELL-BEING CLASSES

Our interactive classes are designed to present an informative, practical path to achieving optimal health. Classes are typically one-hour in duration, available on-site as seminars or via virtually as webinars, and conducted by a qualified professional who specializes in the specific subject matter. Most sessions are also available as On-demand videos (approximately 20 minutes). Videos may be utilized for up to one year. Resource Materials: PowerPoint presentation, master education handouts, and marketing materials.
