Our Engagement Platform was designed with our clients in mind, with the shared goal of making wellness planning easy and program delivery efficient and cost-effective. Our Engagement Platform allows easy access to on-site and virtual well-being solutions and provides a simplified process for marketing, tracking, incentivization, and reporting for all Wellness Concepts programs and yours! The Engagement Platform minimizes the lift on the HR side and maximizes employee engagement - a full-service solution for any size client!
Our platform includes monthly Wellness Concepts webinars that are strategically selected to coincide with relevant well-being themes. Work with our Strategy Team to customize your platform to include additional programs to meet your employees' needs.
How it Works
1. Start with your base platform, pre-loaded with one open forum webinar per month (modalities include nutrition, mental health, life balance, and more). Each webinar is pre-scheduled for all platform users and cannot be edited, but can be removed. See this year's open forum webinar schedule. Or look ahead to 2026.
2. Work with our team to schedule your customized year of wellness. Add any program to your platform delivered solely for your company. Selected programs can be onsite, virtual, or hybrid.
3. Create your custom Company Booth to promote additional wellness resources and events.
4. Schedule quarterly meetings to review engagement and plan!
