Challenges can be purchased as a single service or as part of our annual Engagement Platform solution. The Challenges are conducted by a select team of accomplished healthcare practitioners who drive program engagement through our customized portal using blogs, pop-up challenges, social engagement, and more!

30-Day Habit Change Challenge

We all have habits. Some we’re happy about, and others we’d like to change. Why is it that some habits feel easier to break than others? And how can we create positive habits while kicking negative habits for good? The 30-Day Habit Change Challenge will explore the science and psychology behind habits – why we have them, what causes them, and why some habits are easier to adopt or break. Throughout the challenge, participants will be encouraged to determine where they are in the process of making a change and provided with opportunities to focus on various aspects of habit change. Participants attend a series of educational seminars (on-site or virtual), personalized nutrition coaching sessions and receive weekly touch points through our engagement portal to strive for weight loss. This program is conducted by a registered dietitian who will educate participants on weight management, GLP-1 medications and lifestyle management, chronic diseases, gut health, optimal wellness, and more.

Step-Up! Walking Challenge

Reduce risk for chronic diseases through movement and social engagement! Physical activity plays an important role in the prevention of many chronic diseases and is therefore a vital element of any health promotion program. Through Step-Up!, employees will be motivated to be physically active through rewards and social engagement. This eight-week program is compatible with multiple wearable fitness devices.

Step-Up includes the following:
