COOKING CLASSES

Participants learn to cook seasonal foods healthfully. Programs are conducted by a registered dietitian and include nutrition education on the health benefits of the menu in conjunction with a live cooking demonstration. The demonstration includes three menu selections. If you are interested in an abridged cooking class, try a hybrid, which includes a seminar paired with one menu selection. Cooking classes are available on-site and virtually.
