COOKING CLASSES
Participants learn to cook seasonal foods healthfully. Programs are conducted by a registered dietitian and include nutrition education on the health benefits of the menu in conjunction with a live cooking demonstration. The demonstration includes three menu selections. If you are interested in an abridged cooking class, try a hybrid, which includes a seminar paired with one menu selection. Cooking classes are available on-site and virtually.
On-site Cooking Classes
No kitchen? No problem! This one-hour cooking class in a conference room is perfect for any environment. Hot or cold cooking formats available, and everyone gets a taste with our appetizer-portion sampling. Classes are conducted by a registered dietitian and offer relevant nutrition information on the health benefits of the planned menu ingredients.
Requirements: Designated room or screened-in area with six-foot table near an electrical outlet. Resource Materials: Nutrition education materials, recipes, three menu selections and product display. Program Cost: $1,250 / $3,550: 3-part series/ 25-participant maximum.
Virtual Cooking Classes
Participants will be greeted by a WC Host who will moderate the class to ensure a seamless experience, from technical troubleshooting to Q&A with our chef/registered dietitian presenter. The program includes nutrition education on the health benefits of the menu in conjunction with a live cooking demonstration. This class is delivered via videoconferencing.
Includes: Host, Registered Dietitian/Chef, nutrition education materials, three menu selections, and product display. Program Cost: $1,150 / $3,275: 3-part series/ 100-participant maximum.
